Gabby and Nick's Wedding at Silver Oaks Chateau | St. Louis Wedding Photographer

Gabby and Nick are completely crazy about each other—like the rest of the world just melts away. Nick plants kisses on her cheek as Gabby is laughing about one of their many inside jokes. It’s perfect. Their personalities also have a way of making you feel like you’ve been friends for years, joining in on the laughs and always having fun. Being their third wheel was easy.

I started coverage in the bridal suite at Silver Oaks Chateau, and my little photog heart couldn’t have been happier shooting this view, drenched in THAT light.

Gabby and her family putting on Dad’s finishing touches. Love when moments like this just unfold in front of my camera.

A prayer before the ceremony.

And, then it was time for their beautiful ceremony full of love and references from The Office.

One of those sneaky Nick kisses I was talking about. Then, they exited the ceremony to The Office theme song!

This next photo might just be my favorite from the entire day. The weight and emotion of a wedding day is truly an amazing thing to witness. I don’t take that lightly.

Then, we got to spend some time with the wedding party!

One of our good friends was a groomsman…which is how Gabby and Nick heard about me!! Hi, Joey! (He’s the guy on the far left) haha!

I’m in love with their bride and groom portraits. The venue staff was SUPER accommodating in making sure we got what we needed.

And, then we brunched! I think a lot of us had the best waffle of our lives that day. Thanks for that, Sugar Fire.
